Net worth is calculated jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent and excludes the value of the primary residence.Income over $200,000 individually (or $300,000 with spouse/partner) in each of the prior two years, reasonably expected the same this yearSEC Rule 501(a)(6). Income must have been at the same threshold in each of the prior two years with a reasonable expectation it will continue.Investment professional in good standing holding the general securities representative license (Series 7), investment adviser representative license (Series 65), or private securities offerings representative license (Series 82)SEC Rule 501(a)(10).
